MBN Care App was built for adult family homes in Washington State — small, licensed homes doing serious clinical work with tools that were never made for them. Most homes juggle paper binders, spreadsheets, and generic apps, then scramble when a surveyor arrives.
We started from the rules themselves. Every part of the app maps to what an adult family home actually has to document — daily care, medications, incidents, falls, resident and staff records — organized so the right information is one click away when it matters, whether that's a shift change or an unannounced inspection.
Resident information is protected health information, and we treat it that way. Each home's data is walled off from every other home, access is limited by role, two-factor sign-in is available, and every view and change is written to an audit trail. We support the recordkeeping requirements of WAC 388-76 and align our safeguards to the HIPAA Security Rule.
Run a single home or manage several — each home gets its own numbered account, and an operator can move between the homes they oversee from one login. As your operation grows, the app grows with it.
