This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs use of the MBN Care App platform (the "Service") and is
incorporated into the Terms of Service. Violations may result in suspension or
termination.
Prohibited uses
You and your users may not:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law or regulation.
- Store data of any resident whose records may not lawfully be maintained in the Service, or for whom the
home is not authorized to keep such records.
- Upload viruses, malware, or any harmful or disruptive code.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other homes' data, or our systems, or probe, scan, or
test the vulnerability of the Service without authorization.
- Share login credentials, or allow access by anyone other than your authorized users.
- Use the Service for anything other than operating a licensed adult family home.
- Resell, sublicense, rent, or white-label the Service.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or use bots or automated means to access the Service or extract data at scale.
- Use the Service to build, benchmark, or assist a competing product.
- Remove or alter watermarks, copyright, or confidentiality notices, including on exported documents.
- Systematically download or copy Service content.
Consequences
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend access immediately for serious
violations (such as security threats, unlawful use, or attempts to access others' data), and terminate for
repeated or material violations, consistent with the Terms of Service. We may preserve and disclose information
as required by law or to protect the Service and its users.
